We were looking for a place to get a hometown breakfast. A local told us to try here. How we were amazed at how good it was! The food was amazing and the quantity was huge for the price!! A must visit for anyone traveling through to check them out!!

Friendly local diner, cash only, makes everything to order. Busy busy, line to get in, which is good as it means the food is worth the wait. On Veterans Day, saw many vets there today, says something! Usual breakfast/brunch menu, I ordered pancakes, eggs sunny side up, slab of ham steak as I was absolutely starving while returning from a Genesis Bicycles group Poconos fall foliage ride to the top of the mountain and back, 30 miles in with 10 to go. Added coffee and hot chocolate I mixed myself for a mocha. Others at table ordered sandwiches and no one was disappointed. Very nice and clean bathroom, attention to detail....

Breakfast served pretty much all day, Hamburgers are huge and seating is limited. If it weren't for the hamburgers this would have been an average experience.

Wow. The Hamburger steak was the size of my plate and delicious. Both my wife's liver and my steak were done perfectly. Friendly staff. Everything was homemade. Excellent meals for a $20 bill. Open till 3pm.

The cheeseburger is huge. It is good (and customizable). You will pay by the topping. You will not leave the diner hungry. If you are a fan of pickles, you can also get a side of them along with the one you get with the burger. Great basic diner coffee ,awesome breakfast. The fried fish sandwich is also really big...and good. CASH ONLY!!!! Currently open 6AM til 3PM every day. Get there soon!!

Great little diner right off of I-80!Had breakfast here recently. We really enjoyed the whole experience. We ordered the western omelette and the sausage omelette. Both came with potatoes toast and coffee. Everything was great, the food was nice and hot.The service was also excellent. Our waitress was attentive and very kind. I would highly recommend this diner to anyone.

This place is very good. I got the fried egg and bacon sandwich and it was perfect. They offer turkey bacon which is always a win for me. The service was fantastic. Process were very reasonable.

I used to go there for lunch all the time with my fiancé, Herb Albee, when I worked at his propane business. My favorites were the pancakes, the cheese fries, and Herb's creation. He called it a suicide burger. It is a cheeseburger with chili, raw onion, and crisp bacon. I haven't had one in years since I moved away. I gotta get back there soon!

Pleasant staff. Clean Diner. Food is home cooked and delicious. Prices are really low for the quality, and quantity of food you get. Local owner with passion for his business. And it shows!!!! Highly recommend.

Came for breakfast and left with a full belly and smile. Delicious food with more than reasonable prices. Bring cash! If not, walk across the street to the ATM, it is worth the incredibly small inconvenience, I was not disappointed.

The White haven diner has great food and the staff is friendly. I have been going there for many years and they are always great! I dare you to finish their famous cheeseburger!

Food was delicious! Chicken salad and soup was delicious. I was told the burgers were good as well. Definitely could use a little updating, but adds to the charm I suppose. Not much else around, so it is definitely a win for the area.

Exactly what youd think of if someone told you it's a "standard old feeling diner." The food is standard, cheeseburgers around $6 and HUGE (see picture), with upcharge for other adds like fries, tomato, lettuce, etc. Side of pickles is good. Gravy fries are ok, despite the reviews I'd read.

Amazing food, great service, good prices too

We were out of town for the weekend and stumbled across this place to eat breakfast. AMAZING food, terrific service. It was like we stepped back in time when it came to the prices too! If you're ever within an hour of this place detour and get some food. You won't regret it.

Great food and people.

I used to go there every week with my father for 5 years. Was so good. I stopped today with my son after 25 years and it never changed. Food was so good, hot snd homemade. How i enjoyed my meals there. Was nice to return home

My wife and I came here on a Sunday for lunch. We live in the area and have never been here before. After reading the reviews, we figured we would give it a try.Upon arrival, we had a very short wait but were quickly seated. The restaurant appear to be very clean and the staff was very polite.We were quickly waited on and quickly served. My wife and I both got the burger and my wife had gotten the cheese fries and I had gotten the onion rings.This is one giant burger. It was well-cooked and was extremely tasty. My wife said the fries were excellent. They were crispy on the outside and soft on the inside. My onion rings were are excellent as well.If you are looking for a quick and tasty lunch, you can't go wrong here. We just happened to find this diner traveling through the area and stopped for breakfast. It's a countrifed mom and pop diner and the food was simply amazing!

The cheese burgers are huge and there only around 6.00. Also you get alot of fries when you order a large. The place is busy and is only open until 3pm. Everyone there was nice and friendly.

We were very disappointed in the taste of food. We had breakfasts and the homefries were terrible. The creamed chipped beef had no taste. We were put in an alcove that was so cold. The parking lot and walks were very dangerous for walking. We will not be going back or recommend to anyone.
